Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At MythJackets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing premium-quality jackets inspired by movies, television series, video games, anime, and pop culture.

Every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of certain products. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The approved item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
• Items showing signs of wear, misuse, customer-caused damage, or missing packaging may not qualify.

To request a return or exchange, email us at mythjackets@gmail.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Clear photographs showing the issue, if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if it is approved. Please do not return an item without prior authorization.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 hours: Eligible for a full refund.
• After 24 hours but before processing begins: A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
• After production has started but before shipment: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• After shipment: The order cannot be canceled. An eligible return may be requested after delivery.

Exchanges

We will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional product cost if you receive:

• The wrong item
• An incorrect size due to our error
• A damaged or defective product
• A product significantly different from what you ordered

Exchanges requested for a different size or color due to personal preference may be accepted, subject to availability. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and any applicable reshipping charges.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by MythJackets.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for:

• Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized jackets
• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or incorrect care
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Products returned without their original tags, accessories, or packaging
• Orders where the customer selected an incorrect size, color, or shipping address
• Minor variations that do not affect the product’s quality or functionality

Return Process

1. Contact us at mythjackets@gmail.com.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
4. Include the return authorization information provided by our team.
5. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.

Please retain your tracking number until the return has been fully processed. MythJackets is not responsible for unauthorized returns or packages lost during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return results from an error by MythJackets, such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, including a change of size or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable reshipping charges.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
