Please note that slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of certain products. These minor variations are not considered defects.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Within 24 hours of placing your order: Eligible for a 100% refund.
After 24 hours but before production or processing begins: A 30% cancellation fee will apply.
After production has started but before shipment: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Once your order has been shipped: Orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.
Exchanges

If you receive:

The wrong item
The wrong size (due to our error)
A damaged or defective product
A product significantly different from what you ordered

We will gladly provide a replacement or exchange at no additional product cost.

If you request an exchange for a different size or color due to personal preference, the exchange may be accepted subject to product availability. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable reshipping charges.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

Custom-made or personalized jackets.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Items returned after the 14-day return period.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Orders where the customer selected the incorrect size, color, or shipping address.
Minor variations in color, stitching, texture, or design that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.
Return Process

If your return request is approved:

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Include any requested return authorization details provided by our team.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.

We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error by MythJackets (incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as changing size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable reshipping costs.
Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.
